Nice room. Clerk changed rooms for me when I reported wifi wasn't available in my first room. Wifi in second room worked great.

A little pricey for the room, but it was a good room

The breakfast offered was good, even though it was not included in the price of the room. It made it easy for us to eat right at the hotel before continuing our travel.

Noise, noise, noise but we knew the location when we chose the hotel. We needed to be near the train station and as such, there was a lot of street noise.

The location of the hotel in Metz was very good for everything we wanted to do especially being right opposite the railway station

This hotel was very conveniently located for us as it was directly opposite the Metz main rail station.

This Two Star Hotel lived up to it's stated rating. The additional breakfast was basic but adequate but the inclusion of free high-speed wifi internet was a bonus. The website stated that this was at additional cost but it turned out to be free. Conveniently located adjacent to the Metz main rail station and only a short 10-15 minutes walk to the main shopping centre and tourist attractions, this hotel met our needs.

The staff were very helpful. I was able to check in quite early in the afternoon (the receptionist telephoned the cleaner on a mobile telephone to check that my room was ready.) The room was large, comfortable and clean, overlooking the square in front of the railway station. Storage was provided for my bicycle. Breakfast was an 'all you can eat' buffet breakfast, and in the breakfast room there is a tropical fish tank and calm 'piped' music at low volume (e.g. Elgar's 'Nimrod'). There are potted plants which add to the sense of tranquillity and grandeur in this city centre hotel. In the stairwell on the first floor there is a cage with some budgerigars, over which they put a sheet at night to help them sleep.

Considering the proximity with the train station, which in other places may be a disadvantage, in Metz turns to be a very nice spot, having just in front that beautiful train station and the very nice post office building.

I went there to visit friends in Metz so went to bed very late and next morning at 10:00am there were no longer breakfast service; not nice. Is true that this is indicated in the www, but anyway,.....

The location of the hotel, right opposite the main railway station, was excellent, as was the value for money (the cost of a twin-bedded room was exactly the same as that of a single room).

It was well placed being across the road from the station. The room was faily basic but adequate. The breakfast was not great but probably typically French.

The staff is perfect... They helped me a lot, everything was possible. The 2 stars are true, not like others 3-stars-fake that is in this site (not fault of Booked.net, of course). Everything clean... Perfect.

The price of the water... 2.5 EUR is a lot. Only it.

The hotel provided exactly what it claimed to provide and was excellent value. If I want to stay in Metz again, I shall certainly try to stay there.

Superb location across the road from the train station, and very close to the Pompidou Centre. The room was spacious and very clean, with modern facilities like a flat-screen tv and free wi-fi. Nice atmosphere and views too. For a 2-star hotel this is an absolute gem!

It would be good if breakfast was included in the room-rate.

It is confortable and easy to get when you get off train staiton.

Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable beds, good quality shower/bath. Good size room, well-appointed.
